If you do not wish to use our online booking form for any reason, please use this form and complete for each individual in your party. You must pay in advance to reserve your place on any tour.

COVID-19 Medical Declaration

I confirm that neither I nor anyone in my household has Coronavirus symptoms, however mild. I understand that should this occur between booking and the scheduled activity; I will withdraw and receive a full refund.

Green Lane Bike Tours may take and use photo and video material of you taking part as a record of the day and for marketing. Please tick this box to indicate your consent.

Copies of material are available on request.

I am aware that on-road cycling presents an element of risk and understand that while Green Lane Bike Tours will do everything in their powers to mitigate that risk, while cycling with them I am aware of and accept these risks and will be responsible for my own actions and involvement. I have read and understood the booking terms and conditions here.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you do have any problems concerning your trip you should contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation immediately. If we are unable to do this, complaints should be put in writing to us as soon as is reasonably practical and within 14 days of the end of the trip.

By providing your contact details you are providing your permission for Green Lane Bike Tours to securely store your data to fulfil health and safety and insurance requirements. We would like to keep in touch with you to inform you of more activities you may be interested in.  We do not share data with anyone else.
